India being home to large populations of F1, F4 and Timor hybrids, these lots focus on the discovery and propagation of rare coffee varieties. Efforts are underway to replant and revive true heirloom Arabica strains in India. This dedication aims to bring back unique and exquisite flavor profiles lost over time. This also gives the opportunity to experience true Arabicas grown under India’s unique agroforestry. The rarities are nano lots showcasing a true story in discovery and reinstating heirloom varieties in the Indian subcontinent.

The core emphasis is on the refinement of established coffee processing techniques. Implementing Kaizen in refining processes , each step is continuously improved. The goal is to elevate classic processes like washed, natural, and honey to achieve  excellence. The lots in this process are monitored and improved year on year with controls in place to be able to scale quantities along with its sensory quality
